This website is run by Sarkar Creative Studios (a brand of RSL Creative Studio), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). By using this website, buying a course or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Services. We provide video editing, social media management, graphic design, branding, website design, ads and related creative services. Every project is quoted in writing before work starts; prices on this website are starting prices.
Project payments. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, projects start after a 50% advance, and the balance is due on approval before final files are handed over.
Courses. Course purchases are for personal use by the buyer. Course material may not be copied, resold or shared publicly.
No guaranteed results. We do not promise any specific income, followers, views or sales from our courses or services. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Ownership. After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables made for them. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
Third-party tools. Tools and platforms mentioned (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) belong to their owners and have their own terms and prices.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
This website has no login, no forms and no tracking or advertising cookies.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email, we receive the details you share (such as your name, number and project details) and use them only to reply and to deliver your project or course.
Course payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay shares with us the order details needed to give you access (name, email, phone and payment status).
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver your order, or when required by law.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact details below.
Refund & cancellation policy
Courses. Course fees are final once access has been sent.
Creative projects. You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of the advance. After work has started, the advance covers work already done and is not refundable. Any part of the balance for work not yet done is not charged.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Delivery policy
The course is a digital product. No physical item is shipped.
After successful payment, course access and the guide are sent to the WhatsApp number and email given at checkout, normally within 24 hours.
Project deliverables are shared digitally (download links, Google Drive, WhatsApp or email) on the timeline agreed in the written quote.
